I finally got some downtime today so I thought maybe I should take this chance to sit down and actually start writing a new blog post-- my first post of the year. How it is already mid-September is beyond me. Seriously, where did time go? Summer was gone in the blink of an eye. Is it just me or does it feel like time goes by faster as we get older?
By the time this post gets published, I'll probably be on my flight going to San Francisco. I've procrastinated way too much this year blogging-wise, hence the lack of blog content. I blame my short attention span and the millennial lifestyle I am trying to keep up with. Geez, it's not easy to document your life online! I feel like if I'll be constantly documenting everything that happens to me, then I won't get to actually live in the moment. This has always been a struggle for me, will talk more about it later.
Spring has finally sprung (or at least that's what I would like to believe, lol) and I couldn't be more excited. Feels like it's been winter here forever! I'm so tired of the cold and snow, but at the same time, I'm also tired of complaining. lol I woke up one morning in April, expecting sunshine and warmth (cause it's supposed to be spring already!), but all I saw was snow. Snow storm in April. I got to this point wherein I'm like, "you know what? you can snow all you want and I won't be bothered anymore!" Lol It's so frustrating but that's Mother Nature giving us a wake up call. That's Global Warming at its finest.
It's been quite a while since I've blogged consistently. I've always been a seasonal blogger (I remember having a blog before that I named "thebloggerislazy.blogspot.com" lol), but the past two years have been the most challenging years for me, in terms of blogging. I say challenging cause I've been to quite a few places that I would want to blog about, and also got some sponsored post proposals here and there, but I just couldn't find the time to actually sit down and write a post. I still have it in me though, the passion for blogging, but my priorities have changed a lot over the past couple years. I would still try my best to keep this blog alive from time to time and whenever I can. After all, I think if not for my blog (and fashion blogging cause that's how I started) I wouldn't be where I am right now. Doesn't make sense? Read on and I'll try to explain it more.
Is it just me or does time go by faster each year? I can't believe we are nearing mid 2017! I've got a handful of blog posts to do but since we are barely 2 weeks away from June, I decided to post something relevant (not that my other posts are not, this one is just more relevant as of the moment) and hopefully, helpful to all you girls out there, specifically the June brides! I know planning your dream wedding can get pretty stressful and that's why I always try to feature online wedding dress shops so I can at least help you girls in selecting or coming up with that perfect wedding gown.
