Crop It
And my fascination for crop tops continues! Haha. This look was taken 2 weeks ago when I had a sort of photo shoot with my friend Abi and her siblings. Since then, I've worn crop tops for 4 consecutive times that I went out. I'm not doing it on purpose, but lately, I find myself donning them. I was even surprised to find out I have quite a number of crop tops even before it became a hit trend this S/S '13 season.
I know I'm not sexy (far from it) and I don't have abs to flaunt but that doesn't mean I can't wear crop tops. Confidence is the key, guys! LOL. But seriously, if you're not gifted with a flat tummy or a Coca-Cola body, you can still wear them by putting on something that will make you feel comfortable. In my case, I wore my chambray oversized polo as a cover up. It provided the right amount of cover that I needed. Especially after we had our dinner. You know, to hide that unwanted bulk you get after eating. HAHAHA

If you're still not comfortable exposing a large amount of skin, you can always sport the usual crop top + high waist shorts/pants/skirt combo. That will give you the subtle, sexy look without too much tummy action!
Don't you just love my high cut sneakers? It went so well with my top! Add this denim backpack and my casual preppy look's already complete! Coolio!
