7 Flavors Buffet & A La Carte
7 Flavors by Chef Boy Logro is an
international cuisine restaurant located at 196 A. Mabini Street, Brgy. Batis, San Juan.
It has lush interiors which provide a relaxing experience and a big parking
space which eliminates the problem of finding a parking slot. The restaurant
opened its doors last May 13, 2015 to a warm reception from the who’s who in
San Juan. The first floor is for those who like an ala carte type of meal while
the second floor is the buffet area.
The buffet is open every day from 11:00 AM
to 2:30 PM for lunch and from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM for dinner. From Monday to Thursday,
the buffet is priced at Php 399.99 and Php 499.99 during lunch and dinner time, respectively. From Friday to Sunday and holidays, both lunch and dinner buffets are priced at Php 599.99. The difference in weekend buffets is the presence of an action station which features something
different every week-- the likes of teppanyaki,
tempura and liempo.
The appetizer section includes macaroni
salad, potato croquettes, soup of the day and their best selling tacos. The main course section includes a roast beef carving station and a chef’s station where you
will find favourites such as Salmon Head in Coconut Milk, Beef Kare Kare,
Vegetable Pastel and Yang Chow Fried Rice. There is a smart mix of seafood,
vegetables, rice and meat to suit everyone’s taste. The good news is that the
choices vary every two weeks.
The dessert section makes sure that you will have a sweet ending to your meal as it offers favourites such as Big Scoop ice cream, Mango Tapioca, Maja Blanca and Kalamansi Tart.
But wait, there’s more! Nestea house
iced tea and lemonade are also included in the buffet which means it is an eat
and drink all you can type of buffet. Most of the buffet recipes are conceptualized by Chef Boy Logro himself. If that’s not enough, come
to the first floor and try their best-selling ensaymada at only Php 50 each. It is a
combination of ube, bacon and lots of cheese.
